Poll Setup
Unlimited No. of Polls — Create and manage an unlimited number of Polls.
Meeting Name & Description — Name your meeting & provide a text description.
Meeting Venue — Set the meeting venue, e.g.:<br>- a specific meeting room<br>- the link for an online meeting<br>- a physical location (could be your favorite coffee shop!)
Google Maps Address — Start typing the physical address and allow Google Maps to suggest map addresses. The map address gets stored with your poll and forms part of any email communications sent off the site to users.
Change Poll Timezone on Poll Setup — Polls are created in your default timezone but can be set up in any timezone of your choosing. Remember that poll voters will always have the ability to switch timezone when voting, irrespective of the plan you're on.
Select Dates by Range — E.g. in your chosen week, click Monday and then click Friday and it will automatically include all days in between.
Select Dates Individually — Allows you to select dates one by one, they do not have to be back to back dates. E.g., in your chosen week, you could select Tuesday and Friday and no other days.
Toggle Weekends — Allows you to show or hide weekend dates on the date-picker calendar when selecting dates for your poll.
Toggle Week Numbers — Show or hide week numbers alongside the date-picker calendar.
Exclude Weekends — If you select a range of dates that span one or more weekends (e.g. a whole calendar month), you can opt to either include, or automatically exclude, weekends from your poll dates.
Overlapping Timeslots — A powerful feature! Instead of only allowing you to present timeslot options in your poll that are back-to-back (e.g. 9.00-12.00 and 12.00-15.00), you can present over-lapping timeslot options such as 09.00-12.00, 10.00-13.00. 11.00-14.00, 12.00-15.00) all in the same poll. Neat!
Day Auto-fill — Saves you time adding back-to-back timeslot options to your poll for a whole day. E.g. if you add 09.00-10.00 as a timeslot option, it will automatically add back-to-back timeslots thereafter (of the same duration), throughout the rest of the day.
Clone Between Days — Another very powerful feature! If you add (e.g.) 09.00-10.00 as a timeslot option to any one of your dates, it will automatically add the same timeslot (09.00-10.00) to every one of your selected dates.
Allow Maybe — The default options for persons voting on your poll is for them to indicate 'Yes' or 'No'. The 'Allow Maybe' option allows them to additionally indicate a 'Maybe' response to timeslot options which are not their first choice but which they might be able to accommodate if required.
Vote Editing by Voters — Such a useful feature for people voting on your poll! It allows them to submit votes for your poll and to then come back at a later stage to change their votes.
Email Alerts on Voting — You can decide to receive an email every time someone votes. The email will contain the name of the voter as a well as a summary of how many people have voted so far.
Toggle View-Rights — Allows you to make the Poll's results 'Private' (visible to only you, as a logged-in user) or 'Public' (visible to anyone with the link to the poll results). The default is 'Private'.
Company Details Display Preferences — If you have set your company name, department, your role and logo on the Account page, you can decide which to show on the Poll Voting page.

Scrollable Poll List — View a scrollable list of all the polls that you have created. This facilitates you returning to previously created polls to edit them, reset them, delete them, email your voters etc.
Poll Search — Enter keywords to quickly filter the scrollable poll list and find a specific poll.
Poll Statistics — A lovely feature! See statistics on all of the polls that you have ever created, e.g. average number of people who vote on your polls, time taken to create polls, how many are private versus public etc.
Poll Quick-Edit — Allows you to quickly edit specific poll options without leaving the Poll Dashboard screen.

Voters Receive their Votes on Email — Voters can opt to receive a summary email detailing how they voted (i.e. which timeslots they indicated Yes / No / Maybe for).

Change Timezone — Allow you to change the timezone that you are viewing the poll results in.
Calendar View of Results — View a summary of all submitted votes via a conventional calendar interface. You will be able to see who voted for each timeslot and filter timeslots for specific voter names.
Tabular View of Results — An alternative way to view the poll results. It lists everyone who voted in a table and, by scrolling through the list of dates, you can easily see who is available when, as well as how many people voted for each timeslot. You can also filter for specific voter names.
Additionally View Voting Details on Email — Select an individual timeslot and have a summary emailed to you of who voted for that particular timeslot (Yes, No & Maybe votes).
Email Final Appointment to Voters — Directly email a confirmation appointment email to all voters for your choice of meeting date & time. The meeting details are pre-populated for you into the email text.
Filter Votes by Voter Name — Quickly identify the timeslots that work best for one or more voters by highlighting those timeslots on the interface.

Bookings Setup
Create & Manage Booking Types — Booking Types allow you to create appointment options with a specific purpose, e.g. 'Sales Meetings', add them to your calendar and then, only share the 'Sales Meetings' appointments when a user views your calendar.
Unlimited No. of Booking Types — You may create as many Booking Types as you wish and edit, delete them at will.
Unlimited No. of Booking Slots — You may create as many Booking Slots as you wish and edit, delete them as you see fit.
Set Google Maps Address Per Booking Type — Start typing the physical address and allow Google Maps to suggest map addresses. Each Booking Type can have its own map address. It gets included in any email communications sent off the site to your clients.
Allow Multiple Bookings in a Single Booking Step — Used for when the client needs to select how much time they wish to book with you. E.g. you could setup a series of 30 minute timeslot options and the client could choose to book 1 or more timeslots with you in a single booking step. You can control how many consecutive timeslots the person is permitted to select.
Force Multiple Bookings to be Back-To-Back — If 'Allow Multiple Bookings' is enabled, this allows you to specify whether the appointments need to be back-to-back or not.
Ability to Manually Accept Bookings — Client bookings can be automatically accepted into your diary at the time the client submits the booking (and appointment emails immediately sent) or, you can opt to first review a booking before manually accepting it into your calendar.
Company Details Display Preferences — If you have set your company name, department, your role and logo on the Account page, you can decide which of these to display on your booking pages. This can be set individually for each Booking Type.
Calendar Setup Functionality — A very capable interface that allows you to add / remove timeslots from your diary so that you can precisely control the dates and times that are bookable by your clients.
Display Week Numbers on Date Picker Calendar — When setting up your calendar to permit bookings, if you choose to manually select dates from the Date Picker Calendar, you have the option to display week numbers on the Date Picker Calendar.
Exclude Weekend Dates whilst Adding Timeslots — When setting up your calendar to permit bookings, you have the option to select a range of dates (e.g. Current Month) but to automatically hide weekend dates that are included in that range from your Setup step and Client booking views.
Day Auto-fill — A great time-saving feature! When adding possible meeting times to your calendar (e.g. 09.00-10.00) it allows you to automatically add back-to-back appointments of the same duration throughout the rest of the day.
Clone Between Days — Another superb time-saving feature! When adding possible meeting times to your calendar (e.g. 09.00-10.00 on one day) it allows you to automatically add the same timeslot to all other selected dates with a single click.
Live Update Functionality — While you are busy adding / removing timeslots from your calendar on the Calendar Setup page, you can opt to run Live Updates so that, if a client has just booked you, it will display immediately on the calendar setup interface.
Create Booking Links — A Booking Link is a clickable link that you share with your clients (e.g. on email, via your website, on social media) which, when clicked, presents them with a defined window into your calendar, only showing the dates and Booking Types that you want them to see.
Create Booking Links with Multiple Booking Types — Allows you to present your clients with access to more than one Booking Type via a single Booking Link. The default behaviour is to only permit viewing of a single Booking Type per Booking Link but this allows you to permit clients to access as many Booking Types as you wish from the one link.
Booking Link Dashboard — A scrollable and searchable list of all Booking Links allowing you to easily manage them. You can remove out-dated Booking Links, view detailed statistics of each link's use by clients etc.

Client Booking Page
Change Timezone — Allows your clients to view your calendar in a different timezone if their timezone differs from the default timezone you set for your account.
Make New Bookings — After clicking a Booking Link that you shared with them, clients can scroll through the dates you permit them to see and opt to make a booking in your calendar. You and they will receive confirmation emails of all bookings in real-time.
Include Message with New Bookings — Permits clients to submit a text message to you as part of their booking.
Cancel Bookings — Permits clients who have already made a booking to cancel that booking. This removes the booking from your calendar and immediately opens up the booking slot for someone else to book. If your client booked multiple, back-to-back timeslots, they can cancel timeslots individually if need be.
Email Booking Confirmations - To Client — When a client books you, they will immediately receive a confirmation email detailing the date, time, description, venue, Google Maps address etc. A cancellation link is included with all such emails.
Email Booking Confirmations - To You — When a client books you, you will immediately receive a confirmation email detailing their name, contact details, optional text message, the date, time, description, venue, Google Maps address etc. If the Booking Type is set up to automatically accept the booking, the email will have an appointment attached to it.
Booking Management
View Bookings on a Scrollable Calendar — eezySchedule provides you with a highly-functional week-view calendar to click through so that you can view the current week as well as all weeks before and after the current week.
Manually Accept New Bookings — Allows you to manually accept or decline bookings which you have indicated require manual review. You can directly communicate with the client by way of confirmation emails containing appointment details and custom text messages.
Cancel Existing Bookings — Allows you to cancel a booking that is pending approval or already accepted into you calendar. Yourself and the client can optionally receive confirmation emails.
Filter Bookings — Allows you to enter a search term and only view open and booked bookings in your calendar where the Booking Type, Description and Venue contain the specified search term. All other timeslots are temporarily hidden from view until you remove the search term.
Live Update Functionality — When enbaled, your calendar view gets immediately updated with any bookings or booking cancellations that have happened since you opened your calendar page.
Email Clients — Allows you to directly email clients by clicking their appointment with you.
Email Daily Appointment Summary — Allows you to choose to email yourself a summary of your appointments for any given day.

Settings Page
Change Default Timezone — When you first login to eezySchedule it allows you set the timezone that your eezySchedule Calendar uses, which is the same as the default timezone used for when creating new polls. You can however change the default timezone.
Set Weekend Days — To accommodate the fact that different countries have their weekends on different days, this allows you to select the days of the week that you consider to be the weekend.
Set First Day of the Week — Allows you to specify which day is the first day of your working week. The date-picker calendar for new Polls as well as your Bookings Management page will then display with this day as the first of the displayed days.
Set Defaults for New Polls — To make your new Poll creation process as quick as possible, you can opt to preset certain poll options on the Settings page.
Set Defaults for Poll Dashboard — The Poll Dashboard page displays a scrollable list of all of your polls and this allows you to set the display defaults for that page.
Set Defaults for Book Me Feature — To save time when running the Calendar Setup step for your eezySchedule Calendar, this allows you to preset certain options.
